Are we back to a normal global recovery yet?

Is everythiing back to normal as the manufacturing metal starts to spike.

A certain metal started to spike lately which is a reflection of Chinese manufacturing could be recovering finally. Will it be sustainable? No one knows but it is a good sign. Major global markets are rallying as well.
